EGLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- The following disciplinary actions occurred here between April and June.

A senior airman from the 96th Security Forces Squadron was found guilty at a special court-martial and was sentenced to 10 months confinement, reduction in rank to airman basic, a $1,000 forfeiture of pay for 10 months and a bad conduct discharge, for committing a lewd act on a minor and using the internet to entice a minor to engage in sexual activity.

A technical sergeant from the 96th Security Forces Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to staff sergeant, a $1,583 forfeiture of pay for two months, 45 days extra duty and a reprimand for negligent dereliction of duty and false official statement.

An airman 1st class from the 96th SFS was discharged with an Honorable service characterization for fitness failure.

An airman basic from the 96th SFS was discharged with a General service characterization for drug abuse and fraudulent entry.

An airman basic from the 96th SFS was discharged with a General service characterization for minor disciplinary infractions.

A senior airman from the 96th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman for failure to go and making a false official statement.

An airman 1st class from the 96th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman basic and a reprimand for being absent without leave and making a false official statement.

A staff sergeant from the 96th SFS received 15 days extra duty and a reprimand for negligent dereliction of duty.

A lieutenant colonel from the 96th Test Wing received a $4,438 forfeiture of pay and a reprimand for conduct unbecoming an officer and adultery.

An airman 1st class from the 96th Maintenance Squadron was discharged with a General service characterization for fraudulent entry.

An airman 1st class from the 96th MXS was discharged with a General service characterization for minor disciplinary infractions.

A technical sergeant from the 96th Communications Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to staff sergeant, a $1,000 forfeiture of pay for two months, 45 days extra duty and a reprimand for assault consummated by battery.

An airman 1st class from the 96th Mission Support Group received a suspended reduction in rank to airman basic with reduction in rank to airman, and a reprimand for false official statement, assault consummated by battery and obstructing justice.

An airman 1st class from the 96th Force Support Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to airman and 15 days restriction to base for being absent without leave.

An airman from the 96th Logistics Readiness Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to airman basic, 14 days extra duty and a reprimand for willful dereliction of duty.

An airman 1st class from the 96th Operations Support Squadron was discharged with a General service characterization for drug abuse.

A technical sergeant from the 33rd Fighter Wing received a reduction in rank to staff sergeant, suspended 30 days extra duty and a reprimand for wrongful use of a controlled substance.

An airman basic from the 33rd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron was discharged with a General service characterization for sexual assault.

An airman 1st class from the 33rd AMXS received a reduction in rank to airman basic and a reprimand for abusive sexual contact.

A technical sergeant from the 33rd Maintenance Squadron received a $1,886 forfeiture of pay for two months and a reprimand for larceny.

A senior airman from the 33rd MXS received a reduction in rank to airman 1st class and a reprimand for negligent dereliction of duty.

A captain from the 9th Fighter Interceptor Squadron received a $2,770 forfeiture of pay and a reprimand for assault consummated by battery and conduct unbecoming an officer.

A staff sergeant from the 592nd Special Operations Maintenance Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to senior airman, a $703 forfeiture of pay, 20 days extra duty and a reprimand for making a false official statement.

Two federal civilian employees were terminated for failure to qualify during their probationary periods.

A federal civilian employee was removed from federal employment for inappropriate comments, gestures and touching another employee.

A federal civilian employee was reprimanded for being absent without leave.

A federal civilian employee was removed from federal service for lack of candor.
