Beebe-Franqui, command climate specialist and equal opportunity advisor from the Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training in Pensacola, Fla. speaks to attendees of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Pride Month luncheon June 16 in Fort Walton Beach, Fla.
