Directorate of Personnel

The Air Armament Center Directorate of Personnel, provides Center level policy, planning, and programming to shape the workforce and infrastructure to develop, field, and sustain the full spectrum of force management. The Workforce Development and Effectiveness Division and the Strategic Workforce Planning and Integration Division comprise the Directorate of Personnel. DP is responsible for strategic planning, workforce shaping, program allocation, force development, senior force management, staffing/hiring policy, affirmative employment/diversity policy, corporate labor relations, employee management relations policy, National Security Personnel System process improvement and standardization, strategic and gap trend analysis, Title V authorities and related efforts.
