Colonel Antonio T. Douglas is the Vice Commander, 96th Test Wing, Eglin Air Force Base, Fla. He is second in command to more than 5,000 personnel and directs base operating support and services to one center, seven wings (or wing equivalent units) and more 35 associate units as well as over 20,000 military, dependents and retirees on and around the world's largest military installation of over 724 square miles. Under the wing are eight distinct groups as well as 32 squadrons and divisions; including the Air Force's largest civil engineer war fighting unit and Explosive Ordnance Disposal flight; the Air Force's largest supply function; the Air Force's fifth largest hospital coupled with its fourth largest medical mobility commitment; the Air Force's largest transportation function in the United States; one of four Air Force Ground Combat Training Squadrons, and one of two Department of Defense units to achieve level five software engineering status.

Colonel Douglas was commissioned through the Reserve Officer Training Corps where he graduated Cum Laude from The Citadel, Charleston, South Carolina in May 1987 and entered active duty in March 1988. He has served in financial management positions at the wing, major command and Headquarters Air Force level.
