Tim Critcher, 16th Electronic Warfare Squadron, won the National Defense Industrial Association Civilian Tester of the Year Award for 2009. Mr. Critcher led the squadron’s foreign materiel exploitation testing of a first time joint integrated effort with the U.S. Navy. His effort resulted in the optimization of four EW techniques, two new operational flight programs, and three recently upgraded Line Replaceable Units.
