Back 2 Back NCOs

Senior Airmen Ryan and Candice Tadlock were recently selected for promotion to staff sergeant. The couple has been married for two and a half years. Ryan works as a vehicle maintenance journeyman with the 96th Logistics Readiness Squadron, and Candice is a career development journeyman with the 96th Force Support Squadron. Celebrated hero

Senior Airman Brandon Harrell, 96th Civil Engineer Squadron explosive ordnance disposal journeyman, watches T-6 Texans fly overhead with his daughter, Hannah, at the Red, White and Blue Celebration Aug. 19. Airman Harrell was recognized as a local hero for his brave actions during a Taliban ambush while on patrol in Afghanistan in 2009. The hero also made the staff sergeant promotion list the same day.
