Heath Henley and Anthony Johnson, 6th Ranger Training Battalion Reptile Team, introduce Stumpy, a female American alligator, to the Team Eglin Honorary Commanders at their quarterly visit to Team Eglin. Stumpy got that particular nickname because her foot was bitten off by a larger, more aggressive alligator. Logistician awarded Bronze Star

EGLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- Col. Bruce McClintock, 96th Air Base Wing commander, presents a Bronze Star to Capt. Sergio Costilla, 96th Logistics Readiness Squadron, at a Commander's Call June 24. Capt. Costilla displayed exceptional meritorious service while deployed to Afghanistan for a year in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM. EGLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- Jenifer Mouser runs the final phase of Eglin's 11th annual My First Tri June 19. There were 337 athletes in the event and 181 of them participated for the first time.
