Giving children Christmas
Aubree and Cecelia Voth talk about the gifts they will purchase for the Give a Child a Christmas program at Eglin's base exchange. The program, sponsored by the base Company Grade Officers' Council, provides gifts for local families in need of a little extra support over the holidays, many of whom belong to Team Eglin. To contribute to this program, stop by a giving tree prior to Dec. 4. Each ornament lists a desired present a specific child would like to receive. Pick an ornament, buy the item and turn in the unwrapped gift to the collection point at the BX or the hospital with the ornament attached. All gifts will be stored until "Santa" delivers them Dec. 5 during a Team Eglin event for the children here. (U.S. Air Force photo/2nd Lt. Andrew Caulk)
