Chili cook off serves tasty concoctions
EGLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. – 2nd Lt. Jered Smith, 36th Electronic Warfare Squadron, serves Airman 1st Class Brittany Prather, 53rd Computer Systems Squadron, up a bowl of “Crestview Caliente Chili” at a chili cook off fundraiser, Aug. 13. The cook off, hosted by the 36th EWS, served eight different types of chili as a competition to see who could mix the best blend of ingredients to create a tasty chili concoction. More than $200 went to the 36th EWS unit advisory council’s morale fund. 10 participants competed in four categories including VIP’s choice, hottest, most unique and most popular.
