JASSM Lot 7 Test

The Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile, or JASSM, is seen during Lot 7 testing prior to impact and the very early phase of the warhead detonation. The target was a concrete hardened structure slightly buried. JASSM Reliability Testing was conducted at White Sands Missile Range, N.M., from Sept. 10 - Oct. 4, 2009

The ADS-1 provides a non-lethal capability to repel or disperse hostile forces. The Infrared Intrusion Detection System (IIDS) is a long-range point-to-point programmable infrared physical sensor that provides early warning physical security protection of key assets at various remote and fixed installations. Adopt a Plane

The TM-76B MACE displayed here at the Air Force Air Armament Museum is one of a variety of munitions maintained by the 46th Maintenance Squadron in support of the museum's "Adopt a Plane" program. On Oct. 3 squadron personnel completed restoration of the translauncher, the trailer the MACE sits on, and at the end of the month they plan to work on the missile itself.
