The MedGroup beat the 96th Communication Squadron "Wire Dawgs" 7-6 and the 46th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron 10-5 July 9 to advance to the next round of the playoffs. My First Tri attracts rookies, veterans

EGLINAIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- 2nd Lt. Mitchell Kieffer, Air Force Research Laboratory, crosses the finish line placing first in 40:29 at the 10th Annual My First Tri triathlon at Post’l Point June 20. The triathlon featured a 200-meter swim, 8-mile bike ride and 2.5-mile run. Wendy Ewing finished first in the overall women’s division with a time of 47:57. 1st Lt. Scott Eberle, 86th Fighter Wing Squadron (49:50) and Colleen Riddle (53:40) finished first in the first timers division. 122 first timers and 132 alumni participated in this year’s event.
