Observance proclamation

The proclamation requests all military, civilian and family members to mark the observance by participating in planned activities. The 23rd Annual Thunderbird Intertribal Powwow begins Friday, at 7 p.m. with the Grand Entry and Intertribal dancing at the Mullet Festival Site in Niceville.
