The Northwest Florida Blood Services mobile unit was on hand for Airmen and civilians to donate blood in the name of Tech. Sgt. Eric Olafsen. The sergeant is fighting leukemia at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, Fla. EGLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- Staff Sgt. Crystal Taylor, Enlisted Advisory Council president, posses with Share-A-Ride signs that will be placed near stops where Eglin servicemembers can catch a ride from someone passing by. The program, beginning April 1, is based on volunteers stopping and helping out a Team Eglin member by giving them a ride.
