Eglin underwent an Operational Readiness Inspection last week. The base received an overall excellent rating in all four of the specific areas from Air Force Materiel Command. The areas were positioning the force, employing the force, sustaining the force and the ability to survive and operate. More than 200 people were recognized for their efforts during the inspection.
