Welcome to the Team Eglin Public Affairs home page. Our job in public affairs is to tell the Eglin Air Force Base story. We also strive to enhance Airman morale by keeping Airmen and their families informed about Air Force issues. Our office is responsible for providing accurate, timely information on Eglin issues, programs and base events to the people in the community and members of the news media.

tab"Base" Newspapers
Eglin Air Force Base no longer publishes a hard-copy newspaper.  The only official news source for the base is www.eglin.af.mil.

There are two commercial newspapers delivered on base.  The Eglin Dispatch is published by the Northwest Florida Daily News. The Eglin Flyer is published by the Bay Beacon.  Both are private firms that are in no way connected with the U.S. Air Force.

These publications' contents are not necessarily the official view of, or endorsed by, the U.S. government, the Department of Defense, the Department of the Air Force or Eglin Air Force Base.

The appearance of advertising in those publications does not constitute endorsement by the U.S. government, the Department of Defense, the Department of the Air Force or either publisher.

The Eglin Dispatch can be viewed online at www.eglindispatch.com.  Contact them directly at (850) 863-1111 for information about advertising.

Currently, the Eglin Flyer is on line for subscribers. Contact them directly at (850) 678-1080 for information about advertising.
