The following disciplinary actions occurred here between July and September.

A master sergeant from the 96th Security Forces Squadron received a reprimand for wrongful use of a controlled substance (oxycodone).

A senior airman from the 96th SFS received a $280 forfeiture of pay, a suspended reduction in rank to airman 1st class and a reprimand for wrongful appropriation.

An airman 1st class from the 96th SFS was discharged with a General service characterization for failure in alcohol abuse treatment.

An airman from the 96th SFS was discharged with a General service characterization for minor disciplinary infractions.

An airman 1st class from the 96 Test Wing with a General service characterization for minor disciplinary infractions.

A master sergeant from the 96th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received a $2,211 forfeiture of pay and a reprimand for willful dereliction of duty (government travel card misuse).

A staff sergeant from the 96th Maintenance Group received a 1,241 forfeiture of pay, a suspended reduction in rank to senior airman, 45 days extra duty and a reprimand for willful dereliction of duty.

A staff sergeant from the 96th Medical Operations Squadron received a $1,886 forfeiture of pay, 20 days extra duty and a reprimand for three counts of willful dereliction of duty.

A senior airman from the 96th Medical Support Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman 1st class and a reprimand for failure to obey.

A staff sergeant from 96th Surgical Operations Squadron received a $1,241 forfeiture of pay, a reduction in rank to senior airman and a reprimand for willful dereliction of duty.

A senior airman from the 96th Inpatient Operations Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to airman first class, three days extra duty and a reprimand for negligent dereliction of duty.

A senior airman from the 96th Logistics Readiness Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to airman first class, 20 days extra duty and a reprimand for being absent without leave.

An airman 1st class from the 96th Operations Support Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman, 30 days restriction to base, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand for use of provoking words, communicating a threat, assault and drunk and disorderly conduct.

An airman from the 96th OSS was discharged with a General service characterization for commission of a serious offense and other serious offenses.

An airman basic from the 96th OSS was discharged with an Under Other Than Honorable Conditions service characterization for drug abuse.

An airman 1st class from the 96th Comptroller Squadron received a $184 forfeiture of pay, a reduction in rank to airman basic with a suspended reduction in rank below airman, and a reprimand for willful dereliction of duty.

An airman 1st class from the 33rd Maintenance Squadron was discharged with a General service characterization for minor disciplinary infractions.
