A master sergeant from the 96th Surgical Operations Squadron received a general court-martial for rape. He was found guilty and sentenced to reduction in rank to Airman, confinement for 16.5 years, total forfeitures of all pay and allowance and a dishonorable discharge.
A senior airman from the 96th SGCS received a reduction in rank to airman, suspended reduction to airman basic and a reprimand for wrongful use of marijuana and wrongful use of cocaine.
An airman from the 96th SGCS was discharged with a General service characterization for drug abuse.
A senior airman from the 96th Aerospace Medicine Squadron received a suspended forfeiture of $1,062 pay per month for two months, reduction in rank to airman 1st class and a reprimand for making a false official statement.
An airman basic from the 96th Inpatient Squadron received a suspended forfeiture of $799 pay per month for two months, 15 days restriction to base, 15 days extra duty for drinking and driving and having an open container of alcohol.
