Flight clearance to support Filthy Badger on the F-16
AFSEO provided flight clearance to allow specific maneuverability capabilities with select configurations with the AN/ALQ-167 ECM pod, specifically the 406K and 414K variant, also referred to as the Filthy Badger.
Flight clearance to support carriage of CATM-120C on the F-35A
The unit issued a flight clearance to support ferry flights for a U.S. air power demonstration for an Advanced Medium-Range Air-to-Air Missile variant and Block 3F software certification for the F-35A.
Flight testing of the Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile separation test vehicle on the B-52
AFSEO completed the second of two JASSM STV employment flights in support of the weapons bay upgrade to smart weapons (GPS-guided) capability with the new conventional rotary launcher. This will complete the flight test portion and provide for the initial certification of the JASSM from the B-52 conventional rotary launcher, which can carry up to eight smart weapons.
Analysis of B61-12 guided test vehicle compatibility test unit for developmental flight test on the B-2
The unit continues analysis that will pave the way for B61-12 developmental/integration testing on the B-2. All legacy systems will be included as mixed load options. AFSEO will also address modifications to the rotary launcher assembly.
