The 2022 DOD tenant satisfaction survey is available for all of Eglin’s base housing who moved into their homes prior to Sept. 12.
Residents should get an email with the link to the survey. It takes less than 15 minutes to complete the survey and anyone who completes it is eligible for an $100 gift card.
“The annual DoD Tenant Satisfaction Survey is one of the single most important avenues of feedback our residents have,” said Sharon Shores, Senior Vice President of Asset Management and Property Operations of Mayroad. “Not only do the survey responses provide critical feedback for year-over-year planning, but it also allows us an opportunity to improve our customer service by evaluating the responses at the individual community.”
Residents who do not receive a survey should contact AirForceHousingSurvey@CELAssociates.com with their installation name and home address. The local Military Housing Office and Mayroad community offices can assist with any concerns. Before reaching out to CEL & Associates, please note that only one survey link is sent to the primary email address on file and can sometimes end up in the junk email folder.
