Operation Warm and Dry goes to Issyk-Kul

More than 1,600 winter coats and 200 blankets were handed out to Kyrgyz citizens in the Issyk-Kul region. There are seven phases to Operation Warm and Dry and the five-day mission to Issyk-kul marked the halfway point for the project.
