An Article 15 can be the final disciplinary action triggering initiation of an administrative discharge. · An airman 1st class assigned to 96th Security Forces Squadron received a reduction to airman basic, forfeiture of $200 pay per month for two months and a reprimand for disrespecting a commissioned officer, insubordinate conduct towards a non-commissioned officer, assault and disorderly conduct. · An airman 1st class assigned to 96th Comptroller Squadron received a reduction to airman, forfeiture of $250 pay and a reprimand for willful dereliction of duty. · A master sergeant assigned to 96th Medical Operations Squadron received a suspended reduction to technical sergeant, forfeiture of $500 pay per month for two months and a reprimand for willful dereliction of duty. · A staff sergeant assigned to 46th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received a reduction to senior airman and a reprimand for negligent dereliction of duty. · A senior airman assigned to 96th Communication Squadron received a suspended reduction to airman 1st class and a reprimand for willful dereliction of duty. · A technical sergeant assigned to 53rd Computer Systems Squadron received a suspended reduction to staff sergeant and a reprimand for willful dereliction of duty and child endangerment. · A staff sergeant assigned to 96th Force Support Squadron received a suspended reduction to senior airman, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand for wrongful use of marijuana. · A senior airman assigned to 46th Maintenance Squadron received a reduction to airman, 45 days extra duty, and a reprimand for failure to obey a lawful order, assault consummated by battery and disorderly conduct. · An airman 1st class assigned to 728th Air Control Squadron received a reduction to airman, 15 days extra duty and a reprimand for a false official statement and larceny. · An airman 1st class assigned to 96th Medical Support Squadron received a suspended reduction to airman, 45 days restriction to base, 45 days extra duty and a reprimand for failure to go twice and a false official statement.
