Commander STEPs outstanding performers

EGLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. --  Congratulations to the following NCOs who were awarded promotions under the Stripes for Exceptional Performers program.

All three promotion selections were awarded to members of the 96th Air Base Wing.

The promotees are:

To Master Sgt.: Master Sgt. Scott Neu, 96th Logistics Readiness Squadron 

To Tech. Sgt.: Tech. Sgt. Richard Baugh, 96th Surgical Operations Squadron 

To Tech. Sgt.: Tech. Sgt. Joseph Ribar, 96th Communications Group

" Each of these NCOs clearly demonstrated the potential to handle the increased responsibility that comes with a promotion," said Col. Bruce McClintock, 96th ABW commander. "Chief [Troy] Engholm, [96th ABW command chief] and I look forward to great things from each of them and extend best wishes for their continued success."
