Wait times for DEERS entitlements, CACs and dependent ID cards are slashed by using the MPF appointment system at www.netappointment.com. Appointment wait times are Significantly lower than walk ins. 

With more than two thousand customers supported per month, customers are encouraged to make maximum use of the appointment system. Emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis. For more information, contact Mr. Fitzgeraldat  882-2742, ext. 1.
