An airman 1st class from the 96th Communications Squadron was found guilty at a special court-martial and received 30 days confinement, a reduction in rank to airman basic and a bad conduct discharge, for wrongful use and distribution of cocaine and wrongful use of marijuana. A senior airman from the 96th Aerospace Medical Squadron was found guilty at a general court-martial and received six months confinement, a reduction in rank to airman and a bad conduct discharge for sexual assault. A senior master sergeant from the 96th Medical Operations Squadron received a reduction in rank to master sergeant and a reprimand for adultery and dereliction of duty. A staff sergeant from the 96th Medical Support Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to senior airman, a $1,500 forfeiture of pay and a reprimand for use of a controlled substance. A senior airman from the 96th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to airman 1st class, a $200 forfeiture of pay and a reprimand for being absent without leave. A senior airman from the 96th AMXS received a reduction in rank to airman 1st class and a reprimand for dereliction of duty and forgery. A staff sergeant from the 96th AMXS received a suspended reduction in rank to senior airman, a $680 forfeiture of pay and a reprimand for dereliction of duty. A staff sergeant from the 96th AMXS was discharged with an Honorable service characterization for drug abuse. A senior airman from the 96th Maintenance Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman 1st class and a reprimand for failure to obey a lawful order. An airman 1st class from the 96th Security Forces Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman and a reprimand for adultery. A senior airman from the 96th SFS received a suspended reduction in rank to airman 1st class and a reprimand for dereliction of duty. An airman 1st class from the 33rd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman, restriction to base for 30 days, 15 days extra duty and a reprimand for failure to obey a lawful order and drunken operation of a vehicle. A staff sergeant from the 33rd Maintenance Squadron was discharged with a General service characterization for sexual assault. A senior airman from the 33rd MXS was discharged with an Honorable service characterization for substance abuse treatment failure. A senior airman from the 592nd Special Operations Maintenance Squadron received a $150 forfeiture of pay, five days extra duty and a reprimand for dereliction of duty and larceny. A technical sergeant from the 28th Test and Evaluation Squadron was discharged with a General service characterization for sexual assault. A federal civilian employee was given a reprimand for conduct unbecoming of an employee. A federal civilian employee was terminated for failure to qualify during probation.
