The following disciplinary actions occurred here between July - September 2015:

A senior airman from the 96th Aerospace Medicine Squadron was found guilty  of sexual assault at a court-martial and was sentenced to a bad conduct discharge, reduction to the rank of airman and confinement for six months.

A staff sergeant from the 96th AMDS received a suspended reduction in rank to senior airman and a reprimand for government travel card misuse.

A staff sergeant from the 592nd Special Operations Maintenance Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to senior airman, 15 days extra duty and a reprimand for GTC misuse and false official statement.

An Airman from the 96th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman basic, restriction to base for 60 days and a reprimand for driving with a suspended license.

A staff sergeant from the 96th AMXS received a suspended reduction in rank to senior airman and a reprimand for failing to follow a technical order.

An airman 1st class from the 96th AMXS was discharged with a general service characterization for minor disciplinary infractions.

An airman basic from the 96th AMXS was discharged with a general service characterization for minor disciplinary infractions.

An airman 1st class from the 96th AMXS was discharged with an under other than honorable conditions service characterization for sexual assault and minor disciplinary infractions.

A senior airman from the 96th Communications Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to airman 1st class and a reprimand for abusive sexual contact.

A staff sergeant from the 96th CS received a suspended reduction in rank to senior airman, two-month forfeiture of $900 pay per month and a reprimand for being drunk and disorderly.

A staff sergeant from the 96th Logistics Readiness Squadron received a suspended two-month forfeiture of $1,562 pay per month, suspended 30 days of extra duty and a reprimand for failure to go to a mandatory appointment.

A staff sergeant from the 96th Medical Operations Squadron received a two-month forfeiture of $1,475 pay per month, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand for viewing pornography on a government computer.

A senior airman from the 96th Medical Support Squadron received a reduction in rank to airman 1st class and a reprimand mistreating an Airman and false official statement.

A senior airman from the 96th MDSS received a reduction in rank to airman 1st class, a suspended reduction in rank to airman, two-month forfeiture of $500 pay per month and a reprimand for driving under the influence of alcohol.

An airman from the 96th MDSS was discharged with an honorable service characterization for failure in the fitness program.

An airman 1st class from the 96th Security Forces Squadron received a suspended reduction in rank to airman and a reprimand for adultery.

An airman 1st class from the 96th SFS received a suspended reduction in rank to Airman and a reprimand for failure to go to a mandatory appointment.

An airman 1st class from the 96th SFS received a reduction to airman and a reprimand for dereliction of duty and a false official statement.

A senior airman from the 96th SFS received a reduction in rank to airman 1st class and a reprimand for adultery.
