Adrian Spain will assume command of the wing from Col. Alexus Grynkewich. Spain was most recently the commandant of the U.S. Air Force Weapons School, Nellis AFB, Nevada. Grynkewich will depart for his new position at the Pentagon, Washington D.C. The 33rd Fighter Wing change of command ceremony will occur here June 19 at 8:33 a.m. Col. Lansing Pilch will assume command of the wing from Col. Todd Canterbury. Pilch was most recently the commander of the 3rd Operations Group at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. Canterbury will depart for his new position within the F-35 Integration Office at the Pentagon, Washington D.C.
