CFC kicks off

Suzette Ellington, Eglin Family Support Activities Council president, speaks to key workers during a Combined Federal Campaign kick-off breakfast at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., Sept. 8. Eglin’s Airman and Family Readiness Center works hand-in-hand with the local CFC-sanctioned organization to provide direct support to service members, retirees and their dependents. Monetary gifts collected during the campaign are distributed to local, national and international organizations. The campaign runs through Oct. 20.

CFC kicks off

Ron Denson addresses Combined Federal Campaign key workers at a kick-off breakfast at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., Sept. 8. Denson, vice president of the CFC’s Southeast tri-state region, stressed the importance of contributions, as monetary gifts collected during the campaign are distributed local, national and international organizations. The program coordinates fundraising efforts so Federal donors are solicited once in the workplace and have opportunities to donate through payroll deductions. The campaign runs through Oct. 20.
