Honor Guard trains local sheriffs

Capt. Kenneth LaPee, of the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Honor Guard, practices proper form while holding a flag during a training session at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., Feb. 1. The OCSO team came together with Eglin’s honor guard to learn military protocols used during various ceremonies such as retirements, funerals, etc. During this first training session Eglin’s Airmen taught them proper movements while carrying flags and rifles.
