MPAAT teaches Afghans how to be communicators

Staff Sgt. Felicia Welch explains some of the technical aspects of shooting video to Afghanistan National Police Officers, Sept. 28, 2011, at the 606th Police Headquarters, Afghanistan. The goal of the MPAATs is to help Afghanistan security forces public affairs personnel become more productive communicators so they can tell the story of the successes of the ANSF.
