MPAAT teaches Afghans to be communicators

Staff Sgt. Felicia Welch trains Afghanistan National Police NCO Nazir Ahmed about the different angles used when shooting video, Sept. 28, 2011, at the 606th Police Headquarters in Herat, Afghanistan. The goal of the MPAATs is to help Afghanistan security forces public affairs personnel become more productive communicators so they can tell the story of the successes of the ANSF.
