Amber McAdoo, 46th Operations Group, begins her bike ride at this year’s “My First Tri” triathlon at Eglin Air Force Base Fla., June 18. Almost 350 people of all ages “tried” at the 12th annual event. The triathlon consists of a 200-meter swim, eight-mile bike ride, then a 2.5-mile run.
