Palmer receives Bronze Star

Chief Master Sgt. Curtis Palmer, 96th Logistics Readiness Squadron, was awarded the Bronze Star for meritorious service as senior superintendent while supporting ground and air operations in Southwest Asia from April 18, 2009 to Oct. 26, 2010. During this period, Palmer led 876 aerial port personnel through five air expeditionary force rotations, building a cohesive team and enabling the movement of 178,000 cargo tons and 359,000 passengers supporting Operations Enduring and Iraqi Freedom, New Dawn and Combined Task Force Horn of Africa.
