Master Sgt. Robert Clarks rocks the crowd at the Tops in Blue concert March 12 at Northwest Florida State College. Several hundred people came to see the Air Force special unit made up of 35-40 active duty performers. Tops in Blue is one of the oldest and most widely traveled entertainment groups of its kind.
