Snow and ice covered instruments on the outside walls of the McKinley Climatic Lab chamber Sept. 9 at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla. The chamber was cooled to 20 degrees and snow and ice were created in preparation for tests by Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company.
