Looking back
Senior Airman Isaac Stuckey, 96th Security Forces Squadron, points out his old dorm room prior to beginning the demolition of Dorm 17, the last of the old dorms along Eglin Boulevard, July 6. Airman Stuckey spent eight months in the “old” dorms before deploying. He also lived in the new quad-style dorms as well and said they were “much better.” According to 96th Civil Engineer Group, the dorm will be completely leveled and cleaned up in eight weeks. All of the concrete within the structure will be recycled. (U.S. Air Force photo/Samuel King Jr.)
