Airmen run fitness gauntlet

An Airman gets suited up in personal protective gear during a pit stop at Station 4 testing Self-Aid Buddy Care during the 96th Air Base Wing Fitness Event June 18. Hosted by the 96th Medical Group, the fitness event touted a medical theme. The 3-mile run was broken up with four stations with regular fitness exercises and also challenge exercises such as litter crawls, Self-Aid Buddy Care, a bedpan fill and a race to don PPE.
