Airmen discuss conflict resolution
Airmen participate in a role playing exercise as the rest of the class plays the role of supervisors during a class on resolving conflict as a part of their Airmen Leadership School curriculum Oct. 8 here. Class began Sept. 16 for 48 Team Eglin Airmen as they begin down the path of a non-commissioned officer. The ALS program here was named Air Force ALS Program of the Year for 2008. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt. Bryan Franks) Editor’s note: This is the third in the series following ALS Class 10-Alpha all the way to graduation
