'Keep Going'

EGLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- Nick Hopkins, 11, of Shalimar Fla., puts on his shoes after the 200-meter swim at the 8th Annual My First Tri triathlon at Post'l Point June 9. He had "Eat my bubbles...tread...dust" written in marker on his back and a reminder on his right arm that read "Keep Going." The triathlon featured a 8-mile bike ride and 2.5-mile run after the 200-meter swim. A total of 150 out of the 248 triathletes were participating in their first triathlon. (U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt.
