Enlisted Thunderbirds Visit Air Force Widows

SHALIMAR, Fla. -- Members of the Thunderbirds, the Air Force’s air demonstration team, visit with residents at Hawthorn House, the Air Force Enlisted Village’s assisted living residence in Shalimar. When inclement weather caused the Eglin Air Show to be cancelled Saturday, the Thunderbirds made a surprise visit to the Enlisted Village, a charity that provides a home for the widows of enlisted servicepeople.
