Tech Sgt. Dennis Dolce, 96th Security Forces Squadron military working dog NCO in charge, explains how military working dogs save lives to the 2009 Leadership Okaloosa class June 30. Students received a base-wide tour as part of their curriculum. The 10-month program, created by Northwest Florida State College and local-area chambers of commerce, educates and provides local business leaders with skills pertaining to community involvement and awareness.
