EGLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- Chief Master Sgt. Robert Newman, 46th Test Wing command chief, presents Airman 1st Class Constance Dietrich, Dorm of the Quarter Certificate. The award recognizes Airman who went above and beyond keeping their room tidy. These Airman personalized and decorated their personal living quarters to make it truely theirs.
