BALAD AIR BASE, Iraq -- Tech. Sgt. Ricardo Quevedo and Master Sgt. Mark Morgan, 332nd Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron electrical systems technicians, work together to fix a ballast transformer which powers a ramp-light here, Feb. 25. The technicians climbed a 100-foot tower to reach a broken light that illuminates a section of the flightline.
