Mentorship Program
After moving the crowd with inspiring words, Christopher Echols, 96th Communications Group deputy commander signs himself up as a mentor to Glenda Stewart, 96th Mission Support Group plans and programs specialist during the Team Eglin Mentorship Program kick off at the Officers' Club Oct. 9. Mr. Echols compared himself to John Hancock signing the Declaration of Independence during what he called a historical Team Eglin moment. After signing this mentoring agreement of understanding, mentors and mentees will begin to meet regularly and all will attend quarterly luncheons similar to the one for the kick off.
