Freedom Bell
Brig. Gen. David Harris, 96th Test Wing commander pays respect to veterans and first responders with Army 1st Sgt. Tom Rice (ret.) and Florida Gov. Rick Scott at a Dedication Ceremony of the Freedom Bell in Fort Walton Beach, Fla. Casting the bell was the first step in building the Veterans Tribute Tower at Beal Memorial Cemetery, a community project to show appreciation for veterans from all military services and conflicts.
