EOD school exercise tests base, local first responders

Captains Lesley Friedhoff and John Richardson, from the 96th Test Wing mental health office and chapel respectively, speak with the simulated victims about their experience during a major accident response exercise Oct. 7 at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla. The exercise scenario was a simulated vehicle-borne improvised explosive device was detonated at the EOD school house killing and injuring students. The exercise helped train Navy EOD School staff, Team Eglin first responders and local emergency crews.
