Eglin formalizes Community Partnership Program

Nathan Boyles, Commissioner, District 3, Okaloosa County and Brig. Gen. David Harris, 96th Test Wing commander, sign a declaration on an artificial reef initiative during the Community Partnership Program meeting Oct. 1 at Northwest Florida State College.
