Engineering Division helps develop, maintain Eglin
Freda Kuhl, with the 96th Civil Engineer Group’s Engineering Division, demonstrates the division’s geographic information system at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla. The GIS division is responsible for keeping facility and infrastructure features used for map production up to date. These maps are used for community planning, special events, contingency planning and more. There are over 400 features in the Eglin Enterprise Spatial Database that must be maintained and updated.
