Senior Airman Chris Fugitt, a retired 96th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron Airman, and his wife and caregiver, Megan, stand strong together at the week-long adaptive sports and rehabilitation camp at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla. Two years after complications from a massive stroke forced Chris to retire from the Air Force, his warrior spirit enabled him to power past a number of debilitating setbacks and attend his first camp. Megan took part in caregiver-specific activities designed to provide therapeutic breaks for those looking after wounded warriors. (U.S. Air Force photo/Samuel King Jr.)
