Valparaiso Fire Department members carry a simulated aircraft crash victim to safety during a major accident response exercise in Valparaiso, Fla., May 5. This large-scale joint exercise tested the response times and actions of base and local fire, emergency services and police personnel to an aircraft crash in local area waters.
