Rangers put local high schoolers through boat ops drills at mini-camp
A Choctawhatchee High School football player uses a rope bridge to cross Prisoner’s Pond July 8 at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla. The junior and varsity team combined their preseason exercise efforts with activities of the Soldiers of the 6th Ranger Training Battalion during the unique three-day experience. The team and their coaches stayed on Camp Rudder in the Army barracks during the mini-camp and learned first-hand why Rangers lead the way. (U.S. Air Force photo/Samuel King Jr.)
